Content of the lesson

This lesson critically discusses inequality from a Livelihood Perspective and grasps the basic intentions of this perspective. It introduces the household as an analytical entry point. In a second part of the lesson, assets of a household are identified and described before emphasis is put on the differences between an objective and subjective understanding of wellbeing.

This lesson is rather for advanced students (i.e. Master students).
